I have forgotten to cancel my subscription after the 7 day trial. No money has been charged to my account yet but i can't cancel my subscription. I haven't use creative cloud at all yet, but want to cancel it.

Thank you for posting your query.

You can cancel your trial or individual plan (purchased from Adobe) through your Adobe account page.

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.
