Hi I signed in to my account and selected 'manage account'; Plan and then
it showed a plan and on the right it said 'try trial' and on the left
(under the plan) didn't stand 'Manage plan', so that I can cancel it. Does
this mean I don't have an account?

    Kind Regards

Sorry, but I still don't know if I have a plan that should be cancelled so that I'm not charged. And how I can cancel it. Do you mean I can sign in to my account without having a plan?

yes, you can have an adobe account and have no current subscriptions.  and you can have an account and never had a subscription.

    Hi @erika2240100536ux,

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that there is no active or trial subscription associated with this email address. I assume you entered a wrong email address while subscribing for Adobe Acrobat.
I would recommend you to contact our support team and discuss the scenario with them here: https://adobe.ly/4jVYFrf

Let us know if you have any questions.

    reader is free.

acrobat pro is not free.  to cancel acrobat pro, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
