Adobe Photography Plan

  • I am being billed monthly for the Adobe Photography Plan but I cannot see it on my plans. Can anyone advise where to look for it?

    you should check https://account.adobe.com

     

    if that shows your plan, install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

    use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

    Do you see Photoshop on your plans? What do you see on your plans?

     

    One possibility is that you have two Adobe IDs and purchased with a second one. You might need to contact Adobe Customer Care, as they are the only ones who can assist with billing issues. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
