adobe photoshop (Beta)25.1.0無法正常使用

您好:

本人於9/21已購買一年使用費用也正式開通使用中,然而發現9/28已經無法使用且通知需要續約,到底使發生甚麼事情?是否可以恢復我的正常使用權益?這段停用期間的損失該如補償?會不會被重複扣款?
9/30我好像又變成了7天可以試用的資格者,請協助改善處理與回覆,謝謝!

it's not clear exactly what you're seeing, so it's probably best to start with adobe support and see if they can help.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
