Adobe Premiere elements and photoshop bundle 2024

2024 received Dell computer with purchased bundle installed and now windows 11 reinstall is required and I need Adobe apps reloaded. Opened my account and found one registration key only for Photoshop and nothing for Premier elements. Both were installed and used in 2024 and both are visible on my desktop. Should there be 2 registration keys or only 1 for the bundle? If 2 keys how do I go about getting my other registration key since its not showing up under my Adobe account?
