Adobe Premiere Refund

Hello,
I canceled my premiere payment 30 minutes after the monthly payment and it says there is not refund requested to my email.. How will I get  a refund since I checked and met ALL the requirements to be eligble for one

refunds are automatic if you qualify by cancelling during the refund period.  it doesn’t sound like you qualify, but you can check yourself by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
