PRICES // Hi can you help me I had Adobe Ph + Lr for about 10E per month, now I cannot log in to my Adebo programme and I just see that I need to buy new membership for about 36 E, how is it possible? prices has changed now or what? thank you Jan

I dont think so, I didnt change anything, just one day I was log out and cannot run my Adobe again without buy new more expansive plan

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
