Adobe programs locked to previous organisation's single-sign on despite a reinstall

I no longer have access to an Adobe subscription from my previous organisation. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of the Adobe programs, however when I open Adobe Acrobat Reader, it still prompts me to log into my old organisational account using their login portal instead of the usual Adobe account login portal - "Your organization requires that you verify your identity to continue". If I close this pop up, it will just close the program completely, even though this program is free to use without an account.

How do I get reset it back to the normal Adobe sign in portal or remove this organisational sign in popup altogether?

You seem to still have some 'traces' of your old login, so this MAY help
