Adobe Proxy settings

My adobe account is connected to my email. Every time I try to log into my creative cloud with my email it sends me to the adobe website with a message that says "Please disable your browser proxy settings and try again." 

 

I've tried disabling it, but it stayed the same, tried different browsing and tried restarting the computer itself...

Nothing worked, please help.

    with your brower, go here - https://accounts.adobe.com

     

    you see a sign in prompt?

     

    if so, you enter your adobe id and then you see a browser error?
