Hello, it's been a week since i've requested a refund to my adobe subscription because i have forgotten to cancel the free trial subscription but after i've received the email that adobe has credited money to my card, i instantly cancelled the subsciption and it shows that the money will be refunded to me, after 3 days it shows to my paypal that the money is sent to my card, but its been 5 days and it still not appeared in my card

I reviewed your account details and found that a refund was initiated on December 4, 2025. It is advised to wait for 12-14 business days for the refund to process.

You can always check with your bank if there has been any recent bank/public holidays which could have delayed the process.

Please let us know if there is any delay beyond 14 days.

Helloe Good Day, so its been 16 days and the refund is still haven't appeared in my account. To kniw more about the situation, i subscribed to adobe using paypal and the card that is conneted to it, and after i've received the email that the adobe has charged my account for subscription fees, i quickly terminate the subscription and after that i removed my card on paypal so it will not charge again, and after a day the refund was approved by adobe and being proccessed by paypal and after 3 days (dec 10) paypal says that its been "sent to card" and so its now the card company's turn to process the refund but now it been 11 days (16 days since) and it's still not have appeared in my account, please help me i really need that money for my tuition
