Adobe refuse to refund a purchase which is cancelled from google store on the  same date of purchase.

I purchased Adobe Edit 1 yr subscription accidently from Google Play Store on 14-April and cancel it immediately from Google Play Store.

As usual, I wait for the bill auto reversed. However I realise the payment isn't reversed after few days.

I emailed Google android support and Google mentioned this is third party vendor purchase, I have to email Adobe android support to get the refund.

I then email Adobe and explain the situation to get the refund.

After many email conversation, Adobe refuse to refund, and unable to cancel my subscription although the subscription is already cancelled from Google Play Store, Adobe app still displaying it as active.

Adobe mentioned the refund request already exceed policies 14days which is not the case, as I explained the cancelled indeed initiated by myself on the date of purchase.

It is technical glitch that Adobe did not receive and see the cancellation at their end.

Anybody experience the same issue? Please let me know how to get my refund from Adobe.
