Adobe refusing to cancel my subscription.

I have attempted to cancel my subscription and I get an error that "Unable to laod data".

I'm in California and this is against the law.  

I contacted support and a rep by the name of "Subbaiah" refused to cancel the subscription.

I think everyone is missing the point.  I TRIED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND WAS TOLD NO.  THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE.  This goes against California law.  Why would a company like Adobe allow this?
