Adobe Rip-off

I am completely shocked. I suddenly have a one-year subscription after a trial version. Now I have to pay 140 CHF to cancel my plan. The worst part is that I only received messages about this in German. I don't even speak German. I don't even use the subscription, and now I have to pay this amount? This is bordering on fraud. I also spoke to "customer service," on this language problem. He changed that I got 2 months free, but I don't want that I want to cancel without paying this ridiculous amount of money. After that the person of Adobe immediately ended the conversation/chat. What is this? And why am I being scammed by Adobe?
