Adobe's creative cloud website makes it extremely difficult to understand subscription plans and what they include

Adobe's Creative Cloud website is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating to navigate. It is unbelievably difficult to determine exactly which subscription plans I have, what each plan includes, and what I'm actually paying for. This should be straightforward information that customers can find quickly and easily. Instead, Adobe makes customers navigate through multiple pages with confusing descriptions and unclear explanations of its products and services. For a company as large and established as Adobe, this is unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend so much time trying to understand the subscriptions they're already paying for. Adobe needs to seriously improve the clarity, organization, and usability of its subscription website.

    Thank you for posting, @denap30080841.

I can understand how frustrating it is when the account page makes it difficult to tell which plans you’re actually paying for versus other apps and services that are displayed.

I can confirm that you have subscriptions for Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a plan that includes 7,000 generative credits.

When you mention that other apps appear in My Plans, are those apps displayed as separate plans with their own billing information, or are they simply listed as apps available to you?

I just spent ten minutes trying to unravel my subscriptions; I was going to buy an InDesign licence. I just gave up, I’ll find a free alternative

From where I sit, it’s very straightforward.

    Bundles:

    1. The Creative Cloud ALL APPS plan includes the whole suite of 20 apps & services for mobile, web & desktop.
    2. The Photography Plan includes Photoshop, Lightroom, & Lightroom Classic for mobile, web & desktop.

Single Apps can be licensed individually.

What else do you need to know?

Go to your account, and it’s clear what you are subscribed to:

Well I think the long explanation is very clear. It is hard to know what subscripions I have because every other app available shows up under My Plan.
