Hello everyone

Adobe does everything it can to rip us off on generative credits

I have been a customer of Formule pour la Photo since May 17, 2019

In September, I changed my payment plan from monthly to prepaid.
Adobe downgraded my generative credit from 250 to 100.
It's incomprehensible, and the various supports tell me there's nothing they can do.

Adobe's sales policy is truly deplorable.

Is someone have an idea to resolve ma problem

i'm not sure i understand your issue, but for others, if you "change" a plan, you are canceling one (and losing what you had) and starting a new plan.
