Bro wtf. I tried cancelling my plans because of the pandemic crap that's got me broke and now they're trying to charge me over a hundred dollars just to cancel a monthly plan? Pretty convenient stunts to pull during a huge crisis. Awesome guys, love it. Well since you've also abandoned the weekends to hang with your millionaire friends hopefully a lawyer or someone in this freakin community can tell me why when I went to change my plan your website said I'd get the difference for downgrading but instead you just charged me for the new plan. Super awesome too considering it's going to make me eat another 34 charge from Chase who just loves raking in that fee money. Seriously screw you guys.
