I am being charged a monthly subscription fee of $44.06 but do not have any active plans with Adobe. I have confirmed a few times via my account. Could someone please check into this? Very frustrating.

if you have/had no subscriptions and no trials and suspect fraud, contact your credit card provider.

otherwise, contact adobe support using twitter /x

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have the exact same issue. I see Adobe Charges for $44.06 and nowhere in their website shows what am I being charged for.

Apparently you can only reach a human on chat if you have an active plan. But the whole problem I have is that I am being charged when I do not have an active plan! I have emailed Adobe but have not heard back.

Hi,

@Todd36552305re1v

We appreciate you reaching out. We checked and confirm that there is no active or trial subscription listed under your email ID.

Also, there hasn't been any transaction made from Adobe's end. Have you contacted your bank regarding this?

Let us know if there are any questions.

Regards,

Shivangi
