Adobe signed me up for a monthly plan that after the fact that I had paid for a full year!

It is very annoying to receive an email stating that I canceled my subscription. This is very imprecise. I could have not canceled something I did not order. I prevented Adobe from charging me without my consent for a monthly plan when I had previously paid a full year. FYI, I have never received a message stating that I had signed up for a monthly plan. I discovered through my credit card statement that Adobe had signed me up in a plan that I did not order.
