Adobe Started my subscription for a year without telling me that they are charging me!

What the hell, they charged me over 300 USD when they didnt send me a single email.

 

Please give me back all the money

    Hi there,

    We appreciate you sharing your experience. We checked and found that the subscription has been cancelled today. The subscription will stay active for next two days as per the term end date i.e. October 19, 2023.

    If there is any confusion about the payment being made without your knownledge, it would be important to go through the cancellations and refund policies. If you enrolled for a free trial(7days), the money  get deducted automatically on the 8th day. If you forgot to cancel on the 7th day, then you can cancel within 14 days and get full refund.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    I want to cancel the subscription right now, but idk why they want to charge me for 600 HKD. Holy, thats such a scam.  Before, I quickly realized that my computer wasn't supported and cancelled my adobe illustrator subscription well before my 14 day trial was supposed to end. But, Adobe did not process my cancellation and is STILL charging me a annual plan

    The main point is: I didnt use Adobe Applications at all

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
