Adobe still charges me [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

I stopped my subscription a couple of months ago.  I logged-in today and noticed that Adobe hadn't suspended my subscription and continued to draw money from my account.

Be aware that

1. Uninstalling does not stop the subscription.

2. If you call Adobe to cancel, and they offer some free months, you have NOT cancelled, because the subscription restarts after the free months.
