Adobe still expecting cancellation fee within 14 days.

Question

I want to cancel my Adobe Cloud Pro subscription. My account page says the renewal date for this subscription started on August 2nd. I payed the fee for this month. Now, on the 4th of august I want to cancel my plan. It says I have to pay a cancellation fee of EUR 436,17. According to the cancellation policy I will receive a full refund within 14 days. It seems I am cancelling within this window? Why do I have to pay the cancellation fee? Please help!

what date did your trial subscription start? that's the start date.  then you have 14 days during which you can cancel without penalty.
