adobe stock을 체험하려고 신청했는데 유료결제가 되었고, 취소하려니 수수료가 몇십만원이네요;;

제목에 말씀드린대로 무료체험 식으로 신청했었는데 한달쯤 된 것 같아서 취소하려고, 다시보니 유료결제가 된거였고, 연간결제 형태로 되어서 되려 조기취소수수료가 어마어마하네요?

adobe라는 큰 회사에서 이런식으로 고객을 낚시합니까?
무료체험 버튼을 누른다는게 어찌어찌 유료버튼은 누른거에 대해서는 저의 책임이니, 결제된 부분에 대해서는 수긍한다치고,
취소하게 되면 이런 수수료 발생하는 부분에 대해서는 신청할때에 확실하게 고지해야 하는 것 아닙니까? 무서워서라도 바로 정신차렸을텐데
어디 무더기글자속에 보이지도 않게 환불정책 집어넣고서는 사전에 고지되었다고 대답하겠죠?

저는 엄연히 취소정책 사전고지를 못받았고, 앞으로 다가오는 구독 취소 바랍니다.
