Question

Adobe stock cancellation

Hi guys,

so basically I was on the free trial Adobe stock plan, and a paid Creative Cloud plan with all the apps. Then I came across this plan that has all the Creative Cloud apps  + Adobe Stock. So I went ahead and switched to that one, and was going to cancel the free trial Adobe Stock plan before the trial ends. But I think due to time difference it actually started the actual subscription. But that's okay because I believe we get full refund in the first 14 days of the subscription when we cancel. So this is not about money.

When I tried to cancel my Adobe Stock plan, it said I would give up 20 unused asset. That confuses me because it should only be 10? The only reason I can think of is both of my stock assets from both plans would be gone. But that shouldn't be because I specifically went to the Adobe Stock plan, and use the "change/cancel my plan" option for that plan only.

Have anyone run into this issue before? I will try to contact the staff too but seems they don't work on the weekends.

Thanks a lot.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
