Adobe Stock Subscription

Back in September 17th 2024, I signed up for Lightroom ($14.99) monthly subscription.

On October 18th I then began to be charged $39.59 for Adobe Stock, in which I never signed up for and was never notified that money was coming out of my account.

I now have an accumulation of 4 transactions adding up to $158.36 in which never had my consent to be taken from me as I never signed up to this subscription.

I’ve been using Adobe for many years now, relying on Lightroom as a service for my work, never once did I think a company would steal money from me like this.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated being a loyal customer.

To try and contact Adobe directly seems to be impossible.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Can someone provide me a support email address to contact?

To reiterate, I do not use my physical card and online banking for anything as I mostly use cash, so I was unaware this was even happening and I had only allocated enough money in my account for the $14.99 subscription, but I have been charged $14.99 + $39.59 every month.

an adobe stock option is selected by default, si you have to be careful to deselect it, if it's unwanted.

at this point, contact adobe support and let them know you were unaware of this.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have tried several times to contact an agent and virtual support but each time they end the chat and ask me to try again in 2-4 hours, giving me no help and no resolution, even after asking for a support email to contact.

i don't understand why Adobe stock would be selected by default when it's extremely expensive and I did not want to use it in the first place but now I am forced to have payed a total of $158.36 without wanting to even sign up to it in the first place.
