Adobe Stock Subscription Cancellation Fee After One Year – Unexpected Charges

Hi, someone can help me? I signed in to adobe stock for a year, but now I do not need any more but Adobe is telling me to pay 250€ if I cancel the plan...it has been more than a year after I contracted this plan. I am feeling that they set up a perfect trap because when I tried to cancel it the same month after a year still they want to charge 80€. I believe, you have to cancel in the exact minute that makes the year if you do not want to be charged. Anyone has the same problem?

The time to cancel without penalty is in your 12th month before the plan renews for another year.

Or switch to a slightly costlier month-to-month lease which has no cancellation penalty.

See the TERMS you agreed to below:

you just need to cancel after your last (12th) monthly payment is received and before your plan renews to avoid all fees.  ie, set a reminder.
