Adobe Storage After Canceling Subscription?

I just canceled my Adobe subscription. Will I be able to re-activate my account later on and still have access to the files that were saved to that account? If not, how long will Adobe keep those files for? I need to put together a portfolio eventually and I don't have the space on my computer to download them all at the moment so I'm hoping the files will remain accessible or just saved to that account for at least a couple months so I have time to figure something out.

When you cancel, your account will revert to a free membership, which includes 2 GB of cloud storage. If you were using more than 2 GB, you will have 30 days to reduce your storage usage to this limit. During this period, you can still access and manage your files.

Adobe retains your files for a certain period even after your subscription ends. If you do not reduce your storage usage within the 30-day window, files exceeding the 2 GB limit may be deleted. However, your account and the files within the 2 GB limit will remain accessible.

If you need more time to organize your portfolio, consider downloading the most critical files to your local storage or using external storage solutions. This way, you can ensure that your important work is safe and accessible.

Buy some high capacity flash drives to use an external drive for copies
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place... here are 2, there are many more available

What happens when my Creative Cloud subscription ends?

After you cancel your Creative Cloud subscription, you can no longer access your Creative Cloud applications, nor most of the services included in your paid Creative Cloud subscription.

After you cancel your Creative Cloud subscription, you continue to have free membership benefits.

After cancellation, your allowed cloud storage is reduced to 2 GB. If you are over your storage limit, you have 30 days to reduce your online usage. After 30 days, you could lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers. To learn about your storage, see How do I know how much storage I've used?

If you saved your work on your computer, you can continue to access those files on your device.

Note:

Files in free cloud storage may be permanently deleted after a period of inactivity. You’ll receive an email notice prior to deletion.

Adobe will continue to store your original images for one year after your membership lapses. During that time, you can continue to launch Lightroom to download your original files from our cloud services.

You can continue to access all your photos on your local hard drive through Lightroom for the desktop. You can continue to import and organize photos and output your edited photos through Export, Publish, Print, Web, or Slideshow. Access to the Develop & Map modules and Lightroom for mobile is not available after your membership ends.
