I can't seem to access the adobe store to get the invoices. I usually get it from Adobe Store

 

My company needs that invoice.

clear your adobe.com cookies or try a different browser. mobile browsers usually work.

Nope it's still the same. But I contacted the support, it is said that the plan where the company purchased from was an old version. The only option was to trasnfer to the plan directly from Adobe itself.

I have the same problem, I can't log in to see my invoices and I can't see the serial number of the product or use or manage the plan
