Adobe studentplan revoked despite a verified student account?

I've been using an Adobe Student Plan for some time now. But suddenly the price per month doubled out of nowhere? And yes, im still a student even renewed the verification on my account? cant really find here anything here to contact adobe support directly and switch it? I also cant seem to see the student version when trying to change my subscription?

Student rates increase slightly after the introductory year of service.

The one-year rate typically goes from 60% off to 40% off, depending on your region.

To qualify for student discount rates, you must upload proof of student eligibility via your online account portal.
