Adobe subscription and new device trouble

Question

Hi guys! I have just got a new computer, and after following instructions to deactivate the old laptop and sign out of creative cloud account... I now have no subscription plan (even though I have paid for the full year through my university) when I signed into the new device and all of my creative cloud documents/files are inaccessible to me. I also cannot download any applications on the new device as they all say "trial or buy".

Please help me if you can!! Thanks :)))

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
