Hi @ShaoMa,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you no longer require the Adobe subscription that was recently renewed.

To assist you with your refund request, please note that Adobe's refund policy varies based on the type of subscription and billing cycle. I recommend checking Adobe’s cancellation and refund policy here: https://adobe.ly/40z8QJv

I can see that you have an active subscription since last one year and 4 days. Refund can only be issued if the cancelled within first 14 days, and you need to cancel the auto-renewal before date.

Since this is a different scenario, I'd recommend you to contact our support team here and start a private chat session: https://adobe.ly/4hhywRQ

Let us know if you have any questions.

not needing a subscription something isn't the same as cancelling a subscription.  ie, you need to cancel your subscription, and then if you're within the refund period, you will receive a refund.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
