Adobe Subscription Redeemed Under Account with Deleted Email

Hello everyone! I have an encountered an issue I wish to resolve. So pretty much, I had recently purchased a student Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. When I went to redeem it, I wished to redeem it under my College account, not my highschool account. I thought that after I redeemed the code it would ask me what account I wanted it to be linked to, but I was wrong. Instead it linked to my highschool Adobe account which my browser had already been logged into (for reference I just graduated a month or so ago.) The email was deleted like 5-7 days ago I can't log into the school email. I had then logged out of my school email in an attempt to try to fix the situation, but now I can't log back in unless I use the creative cloud app.  The only way I've been able to acess it is through the Adobe Creative Cloud app which I am still logged in under. Is there anyway I can transfer the subscription from my highschool account to my college account? Hopefully there is a solution, thanks!

Update: So I went through the chat option and they told me they would send me a new code through my proper email. I was told it would take 5-7 business days, so now I just have to wait and hope I eventually get the code!

hopefully you'll get that by tomorrow (monday) afternoon.  other than the delay, that does sound promising.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
