Last year I decided to try substance painter for free as a student. I provided necessary data, and everything went ok until today…
I received mail that i need to provide payment method. I can't cancel the plan nor delete the account. I thought that after 1 year the acces to 3D Substance would just stop.
So what are my options here? I dont want to pay annual fee... I still have a valid student id, can i renew the free acces?
no, subscriptions automatically renew. you were sent an email a month prior to renewal explaining.
