Question

Adobe suite payment window keep popping up eveb though I've payed

Whenever I start any of the CC programs whether Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere whatever, the "update payment" window keeps popping up even though I paid for it. Not only that, Premiere is unusable. I can't enter a project name, I can't enter anything in text input fields, Extension windows have a mind of their own, the Effects panel randomly doesn't let me type anything in the search field, etc. It's borderline unusable. Other software works fine but Premiere is a nightmare. I have no idea what to do, I tried reinstalling, but without keeping any of the old settings it's the same. This is just continued annoyance with Creative Cloud and the trashiness of it, I don't know why I'm even paying for this nonsense anymore. Half of the time I don't get any work done because I'm wasting time restarting and dealing with this cr*p.

Hi @snazzoid,

We're just chiming in to see if the issue got sorted.

Let us know.

Deleting Creative Cloud and doing a clean install of it fixed it. Altough I barely managed to log into it, but it went back to normal after reinstalling.

for others, do NOT delete anything adobe.  properly uninstall it.

to uninstall the cc desktop app, use the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

to uninstall cc apps  (including preferences), follow per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

to clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.

I'm sorry you are angry.

If it were me, I would go to my Adobe account, log out and then log in.  Then I would check my credit card info and be sure it hasn't expired.   If that didn't work I would go to the chat system and type in "agent".    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
