Why is it impossible to find a customer support email address? Does anyone ever have found it?

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to formally dispute the cancellation fee of ₹4,548 charged to my account following the cancellation of my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

I have been a consistent subscriber paying ₹1,516 per month. However, I find this early termination charge to be unreasonable and excessive. At the time of purchase, the details regarding a heavy penalty for cancellation were not clearly presented to me in a transparent manner.

As a user, I believe this fee is unfair, and I am requesting that you waive this charge as a gesture of goodwill. I have enjoyed using Adobe products, but this experience has been very discouraging.

Please confirm that this fee has been waived and that no further charges will be made to my payment method. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Adobe customer support is really poor. They just paste scripts and are continually evasive.

I will not continue our current contract and advise others to avoid adobe too, adios.
