Adobe Support state they cannot change my country of location?!
I have been on chat operatives three times today to inform them that I have moved to the UK and need to change my country of location so that I pay the correct fees for being a UK resident.
I am a student and also have my Adobe Portfolio site associated with my personal email.
I can not even begin to understand why on earth Adobe's customer services operatives cannot change my account location to the UK! When I try to add a new UK based payment card the country/location is greyed and locked at my previous location.
Someone at Adobe must be able to rectify this! My account fees will double in moving to the UK, but I can't pay for the correct subscription because of this ridiculous inability to update your own location!
