Adobe support Sucks big time

Have tried to cancel my subscription via the portal, doesn't go thru , kept me waiting. 

Then I tried the virtual assistant and linked thru an online agent, the agent was rude, his name is Pradeep.  I have never seen such bad services and the way Adobe tried to rip me off.  I will never use this product again....

This is bad. Well in the situation you are it seems we are left with no choice but to get help from support. Cancellation is a time critical issue which can lead to cancellation fees if we jump the time limit. Here is what I suggest, contact support again, if the executive you get connected to is rude or is generally unhelpful ask to be connected to a senior. Keep escalating till you reach someone who is willing to help, also let her/him know your experince and ask for waiver to any cancellation fees if that is applicable as you were not accorded the service you deserved at the right time. Being patient and polite is the key to navigate your way around. Hope this helps
