Adobe suspended my license because of pirated software. (I never pirated anything)

Hi, does anybody know what to do about Adobe suspending my license because appearently my software is pirated (it isnt). I've used adobe software for like a month with no problems. And now I got an email that says that its pirated.

Is the software still working?

Did you receive the notice via the software or only via email? If only via email, it might be phishing.

What email address (in the header) did the email come from?

Are you sure the email you received is legitimate?

Scammers say all sorts of ridiculous things in emails.

Are you talking about a subscription, or a serial number program?

Either way, other users in a public forum do not have access to your account and can't change Adobe's decision

contact adobe support. if you purchased from adobe, there must be an error. if you purchased elsewhere, that may be the issue.
