Adobe taking 2 payments per month?

Since I replaced my PC in April this year Adobe has been taking £21.98 in addition to to my normal £14.99.

I have spent over a month now trying to find some way of contacting customer service with no luck.

can any help?

do you have acrobat and ai for acrobat subscriptions?

does it show two subscriptions?

Apparently I am being charged £14.99 for Photography plan 20GB and £21.99 for Photoshop 100 Gb.
