Adobe taking money

Contacted costomer service to ask them to cancel my subscription, and take away my account. which they replied that it was taken care of. Since then i´ve been in contact several times with complaints that nothin has been done. Still today they bill me for a subsribtion i asked them to cancel 7 month ago. Anyone else experienced this?

We appreciate you reaching out. I looked into your account details and found that you have an active plan for Creative Cloud Pro since 2 months and 5 days. I confirm that the Creative Cloud plan from 7 months ago was cancelled however, this is a new subscription.
Also, there is a team's subscription active with this email address. 
Do you wish to keep either of the plans? You can check the account details here: https://account.adobe.com/plans
