Adobe Updater Bug

I have set up the updater to notify me of updates and not update until I've read the online notes about the feature update. Why is this product not following my settings?

Are you talking about Application updates, if so you need to disable this option

Why two settings? What does the one I posted above do? 

 

Your screenshot, where is it? I'm in the new Adobe CC Desktop updater and I don't see it. See screenshot below:

I got it and turned it off. My setting are a little different.

I would still like to know the differences between these two settings. 

I'll post back if this doesn't work.
