ADOBE use SCAM method to charge future payments

Adobe has these in small text:

Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. We automatically charge every month until you cancel. You can cancel within 14 days of your initial order, but technically it is impossible, so no, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Moreover your subscription will automatically renew annually without notice until you cancel. Even fter that, your subscription will automatically renew for ages without notice. There is no escape or mercy.

So what you are saying is that you didn't read the contract (which is all in standard sized text) and now you face the consequences. Many subscriptions have commitments, you will be bitten many times if you don't pay attention. Looking for someone else to blame will not solve it.

I can't see the scam here? You are being apprised of the conditions of subscription upfront, then how does it count as a scam? Also, how is canceling not technically feasible, I did not understand. Lots of people take a trial and cancel it without any hassles.

Look at the following link for information on how to cancel a subscription.

Canceling is technically feasible but practically it mens that you have to "buy yourself out" as there is an early cancelation fee applies which is HUGE btw. So let's say you used product once or twice, you payed for it then you decide to cancel the subscription and BOOM... "you have to $120" to cancel subscription, how nice! You feel like a hostage! It is very dissapointing how Adobe steped on this slippery path of some shady service providers hiding behind smelly T&C. The companies which respect their name should not do that.

the penalty for breaking your 1 year obligation is 1/2 the cost of continuing to pay your obligation.

for others, if you're not sure you want a one year commitment, subscribe to a monthly plan, not an annual plan.
