Adobe won't give me access to my active subscription. I logged in and I basically have a new account
I opened adobe creative cloud on my windows computer today and I was signed out. I signed in like normal, but my profile picture was gone and it gave me a new one. Once I was logged in, it gave me the option to purchase a subscription, it didn't show that I had an active one.
So I checked my phone. I opened my lightroom app and my normal profile pic was there, and it said my subscription to both LightRoom and Photophop was active. For some reason, when I log in with the same email on my computer, all of that is gone.
Please help!
