adobe won't let me pay

I’m trying to buy the creative cloud pro plan but it just wont let me pay,
on the pay screen it will keep saying theres something wrong with my paying even tho it works fine or everything else, I tried incognito, a different browser, 2 different cards everytime still the same issue, it pretends I put the wrong info on all filling boxes.
searched up online and couldn’t find a solution

for a bit more context this is not the first time I’m getting the plan, I had before like 8 years ago but my mom payied, now I’m the one trying to pay

i have the same problem. I have tried two different cards one being a mastercard, then two virtual cards, but every time Adobe says ‘it cannot process the payment and talk to the bank’. There’s no problem with the cards or the bank at all. Using a product shouldn’t be this difficult!

My problem still continues. I have tried all possible alternatives including using virtual cards, a new card, a new account, choosing yearly subscription instead of monthly, connect via cellular connection, even renewing an existing plan instead subscribing to a new one (using a card that’s already in Adobe’s system)… The chatbot says it is possible that Adobe is blocking the credit cards used in Turkey? I would really appreciate if someone confirms this is the case and I’ll stop trying! My classes start next week. This is the first time I’m encountering such an impasse with Adobe.

Try purchasing through an authorized reseller:

Did you try other payment methods? Try it on a mobile device
