You have to remove your social login from Adobe account and change it to email, this will let you cancel free trials and more

I'm having exactly the same problem with the same sign in screen, click on continue & nothing happens, you can't even get anywhere with the chat & all of the links I follow just go around in circles.

Phil, try the suggestions offered by Kglad to unblock the device you are using from contacting us.

You don't need to have Adobe software installed, to follow the advice in this public discussion, so you may want to use a different computer, network, or device to contact us or self-cancel your membership per the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Hi Jeff,

I have tried all related links to cancel this if Adobe can't get their
website to work with a mainstream browser that's a very poor show for a
global company.

I have tried several times to self cancel via my account but it just says I
am not logged in. Adobe is telling me I need to install the software, it's
of no use to me as my plugins won't run within the application...
