Hi All,

Seems like that the (https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/) is not reachable. Wanted to redeem a bonus after a purchase from Logitech, but unfortunately the site is not responsive. 😞

can you explain the process for the benefit of others?

Install a free VPN trial (for example Cyber Ghost is very easy to use, or Proton VPN), create an account and install the VPN app. That way you will effectively appear as if accessing the internet from another country. Proton VPN lets you choose which one, probably also Cyber Ghost.

Open your browser and adobepartneroffer.com will work this time.

Same here, I've been trying for one week. I read on other threads that it's been offline for months. How can it be that Adobe doesn't fix this?

after one week, contact adobe support via chat so they can check if the problem is local to your device.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I found out that adobepartneroffer.com is unreachable from A LOT of places. I had to install a VPN and try several servers around the world before finding one that could connect me to that website. I finally did and retrieved my promo code.
