Adore not issuing refunds!!!

I have been fighting to get my refund for OVER a month and every time says bank canceled it and I need to provide new card. BULL! I was called liar when I said it would not let me add card and had to provide proof then after adding new card same crap! Now no more cards I can add and have accrued $60 in overdrafts.

I am entitled because I canceled the service within a day and problem is they say they have initiated it over and over and it is never recieved!

I did the Lightroom and Photoshop combination. Within 24 hours I canceled Photoshop and was just going to keep Lightroom which they took out the Lightroom payment. It was supposed to refund the combo payment. Then, when that was never refunded, I told him to refund everything this has been going on for almost 2 months When I was told it was my bank issue, that my bank was rejecting the refund. I told him no my bank was not rejecting any type of refund. I was told that what was happening and  I was told to add an additional card method. When I told the representative, the link would not work he told it did work, and I needed to retry it. In order for them to believe me, I had to go through three different web browsers on my phones screen, chatting each one as well as my computer and screenshot that and email all of it to him before he would take my word for it. Then he tried it and saw it was an error and I never got an apology. During all of this occurred $60 worth of overdraft fees due to them not refunding the money. now we are here two months later. After I cursed several people out and kept demanding another supervisor not getting one until I demanded multiple times. They said the reason it was rejected was not on my bank and as I was originally told every time. That it was on their end, because the improper amount was put on the refund  once again unacceptable and it's Adobe's fault not mine. Therefore I should be entitled to also receive the $60 in overdraft. I am currently waiting once again because I was told again today the refund was processed give it a couple of days to show in my account. The runaround I have been given is ridiculous when I have done nothing but everything they have asked me to do.

Lightroom alone is $10/month. 

 

Sorry but I fail to understand why you think you're entitled to a refund.  🙄
