After I cancelled the plan today, I was told I will get a refund within 5 business days. is it true or have other conditions?

I just cancelled the plan today, I just wanna confirm that I will get a refund or not. You can check my account with my email to see my transaction and my action about cancel plan earlier. Please answer me😖

refunds can tak up to 14 days to complete (esp in non-usa countries).meanwhile, check your account to make sure it shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com
