Unable to load information on the plans page
Hello,
I am unable to cancel my Adobe Acrobat subscription. In the subscriptions section of my account, I only see the following message:
"Unable to load information. An error occurred. Please try again."
This happens even when I try using Incognito mode and different browsers.
I would like to cancel my subscription effective as of today's date. Please confirm that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
