Airtel India Bundle: LinkedIn Premium Perk Code Token Broken

Hi Community Managers,!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

I am an active Adobe Express Premium subscriber via the 12-Month Airtel India Bundle promotion. I am located in India.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

When trying to claim my 3 Free Months of LinkedIn Premium member perk, I continuously get the "Ineligible / select regions" error. To troubleshoot, I have already tried clearing my cache, incognito mode, and as suggested in a previous reply, I even tried redeeming using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with Wi-Fi disabled using cellular data. Nothing works.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->

Because my plan is partner-sourced through Airtel, the automated tracking link is completely broken. Could an Adobe employee or administrator please look at my Adobe ID backend token and manually issue a fresh, working promotional link or code? Thank you!

    UPDATE FOR COMMUNITY MANAGERS: 

    I just finished speaking with Adobe Live Support Chat as suggested, and they officially refused to help, claiming that because my plan is partner-sourced through Airtel India, I must contact Airtel support. 

    Airtel obviously has zero control over the ://adobe.com portal or LinkedIn's backend token integration. As per LinkedIn's official policy page: "If your redemption link is not properly working... please contact Adobe for support." 

    The frontline chat agent created an official file for this but brushed it off. Please find my case number for your reference: ADB-45634099-Y4D0. 

    Could an internal Adobe Employee or Community Moderator please look up this case number, pull my Adobe ID details, and manually escalate this to the engineering team so I can get a fresh, working promotional link? Thank you!
