alguien podria decirme cuanto demora en llegar el reembolso, no parran de cobrarme y reembolse y lo hize dentro del plazzo de 14 dias, pero no ha pasado nada y esta registrado que hize el reembolso

and you probably still have an on-going subscription because you can’t cancel without a valid payment method.

you must cancel your subscription within the refund period.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

 pero debido a que no poseo saldo en la tarjeta, al parecer no me dejan cancelarla

It takes up to 14 days for a refund to be issued; however, if you don’t have a valid form of payment on your account, a refund won’t be issued.
